FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A little more detail about my approach, services, and what it looks like to work together.

Working together

Is this the right fit?

What kinds of veterinary hospitals do you work with?

I work with general practices, specialty hospitals, emergency hospitals, and other veterinary teams that want clearer, more thoughtful communication for clients. The work is tailored to your hospital’s services, team, and goals.

Do you only work with hospitals that need a full marketing overhaul?

No. Some hospitals need a clearer website or more useful client education. Others need ongoing marketing direction across several priorities. The Foundation Session helps identify the right level of support instead of assuming every hospital needs the same thing.

Can you work with our existing marketing team or agency?

Yes. I can bring a veterinary and client-experience perspective while collaborating with the people already handling design, development, social media, or broader marketing strategy.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most projects can be completed remotely. In-person work may also be available for hospitals in the Los Angeles area.

Services & support

What can you help with?

What exactly do you review during the Foundation Session?

I review the parts of your client journey that shape trust and understanding: first impressions, website and mobile experience, service information, new-client resources, educational content, forms, FAQs, and key communication touchpoints.

Is this a website redesign service?

Not necessarily. The goal is to identify what is helping or hurting the client experience. Some recommendations may involve copy, layout, or functionality, but many are focused improvements that do not require rebuilding the entire site.

Can you create content for medical or specialty services?

Yes. I help turn complex medical information into clear, useful communication that clients can understand—while keeping the language aligned with your hospital’s standards and expertise.

Do you manage social media?

Social media support can be part of an ongoing partnership when it serves your hospital’s goals. The focus is not simply posting more; it is creating communication that is accurate, consistent, and useful to the clients you want to reach.

Process & next steps

How does it work?

What happens after I inquire?

I’ll review your inquiry and follow up to learn a little more about your hospital and what you are looking for. If the Foundation Session is a good fit, I’ll share the next steps to get started.

What happens after the Foundation Session?

You receive written findings, a prioritized action plan, and clear next steps. Your team can implement the recommendations internally, or I can recommend an ongoing partnership tailored to your needs.

Are the ongoing partnership levels fixed packages?

No. Core, Growth, and Strategic describe typical levels of support. After the Foundation Session, I’ll recommend a scope that fits your priorities, internal capacity, and where you want to go next.

Can we implement the recommendations ourselves?

Absolutely. The Foundation Session is designed to give your team practical, prioritized guidance whether or not you decide to continue with ongoing support.

Practical details

A few logistics

How long does the Foundation Session take?

The process includes a detailed intake questionnaire, an independent review, a 90-minute strategy session, and a written action plan. Timing is coordinated around your team’s availability and the scope of the review.

Who should be involved from our hospital?

The person responsible for decisions about marketing, operations, or the client experience should be involved. Depending on your goals, that may also include an owner, practice manager, medical director, department lead, or existing marketing contact.

Do you offer one-off projects?

Yes, when the project is a good fit. The Foundation Session helps establish the context needed to determine whether a focused project or ongoing support will be most useful.

What if I still have a question?

You can reach out through the contact page. I’ll get back to you within one business day.
